Day 20 with Ally’s Angels coaching - day twenty hitting my meal plan every single day, hitting my workout every time - making sure each session is in some way better than the last. Today is the first day I had to seek support externally - sitting (okay I’m pretty much passed out on it let’s be honest!) on the couch after 2.5hrs sleep last night and a massive gym session this morning, I actually considered not getting the rest of my steps done. This is how today looks:

Yes you NEED internal motivators - that’s what gets me up and checking EVERY single thing off every day - but when you need help ASK for it - ask your loved ones who you know will give you the motivational talk when you need it - ask your COACH and trust that you DON’T have to do everything ALONE! and if you fall? Get right back up!

✌️ Just because it's a holiday doesn't mean you stop training! Keep training just as hard if not harder! Burn more calories and build more muscle

Maybe a little higher in body fat right now than I would have liked but these muscles still need to grow! I’ve learnt a lot about post comp and reverse dieting, I definitely haven’t got it perfect but that drives me to be even better next time 💪🏻
We judge the value of other people based on their following.
Millenials today put a very strong emphasis on the importance of a social media following, and how they perceive their peers. I have actually heard females say, “They have to have at least ten-thousand followers before I’d even consider dating them.” And mean it! WTF!!. I have to wonder, are they even slightly aware that they are lusting after a false ideal? With the abundance of picture altering apps, allowing the most average of individuals to airbrush their mediocre pictures to a stunning, flawless perception of themselves?
On social media, people have the freedom to only show people only what they want them to see. Many of these “perfect” posts require lots of careful planning, timing, and coordination. People spend hours trying to take that perfect picture, to give it that effortless image that so many strive for. Many of these individuals leading “perfect” lifestyles are actually incredibly stressed and suffer from anxiety and depression.
Dont belive the hype. The majority of these social media influencers are just the same as you and I. With the same ups and downs.

We sit here day in & day out saying “I’ll love my body when I lose these last 10 pounds” “I’ll love my body when I finally gain weight in my butt”.... I could go on, but every single one of us has picked on our own flaws at some point in our lives. My flaws were never weight related, but I sure did beat myself up over other things. A year ago, a friend of mine took a photo very similar to this one (which I was wearing less clothing 🙈). You will not find the photo on my profile as it’s never been posted. If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ve probably seen the photo as my profile photo, but it was cropped so only my upper half was showing. A year ago, I couldn’t imagine myself showing my mid section ever again... being bruised, scarred, & inflated 24/7. Over the past year I’ve learned to appreciate my body & what it can do sooooo soooooo much (even though she still tries to kill me 😾). Well? What did I do? I stopped focusing on the flaws & starting focusing on the “perfects”. 👩🍳 🇮🇹 What you will need:
✅6 Gluten free rice cake
✅ 10 gr Coconut oil
✅ Coffee @lavazzaofficial
✅ 100 gr Greek yogurt @fage
✅ hazelnut & chocolate cream by @wheycream_
✅ Chocolate powder
Mix rice cake with coffee and 10 g of coconut oil. When rice cakes are soft mix them with 100g of Greek yogurt with your hands. Take a small bowl and cover with cling film. Put a first layer, a teaspoon of whey cream and over the remaining "dough" and press well.
Let it rest in the fridge all night. In the morning sprinkle with chocolate powder!
