Fam, if you eat extra don’t let those extra calories turn into fat, let them fuel your next workout!!

◇THICK THIGHS & BACK ROLLS◇
When I first looked at this photo all I could focus in on was the rolls from my back, I didn't find it attractive and made me hate this photo. I took this photo a couple of weeks ago and only now can I actually appreciate the positives. I can see some subtle ab definition making its way through and I love how strong my thighs look.
So this post is really just to say that so often we focus on the negatives rather than focus in on the positives. I urge you all to post a photo you initially didn't feel confident enough in but instead of focusing on what you didnt like, celebrate the positives that you see 💛 tag me or comment down below if you do it so I can celebrate with you
Photo shoot from the other day wearing @mottandbow’s new size-inclusive jeans!👖 ❄️ ⛄️ (swipe👉🏻 for more photos!) @mottandbow has worked for a year to perfect the fit of these super comfy jeans and will be offering their skinny jeans in Bond, Jane Medium/Dark Blue, and Jane Medium Blue fabrics available in sizes 14-20 at the end of the month!🙌🏻 I LOVE to be able to support companies that are catering to ALL shapes and sizes of women.👑👊🏻💖 I can’t wait to try another pair soon. They are a snug fit and really show off every curve ☺️💃🏻
2 years ago I made a conscious commitment to focus on my health and wellness everyday. Not with the intention of losing weight, not to get skinny, but to make myself strong mentally and physically. To invest time into myself, so I could invest that back into my work and other people. Because when I am stronger, those around me are as well. So, here I am #nofilter post yoga sweat session and gym time (lookin’ like a hot mess) and ready to tackle this holiday week.
How do you stay strong? What do you do for yourself to get ready for the long work days and daily challenges/obstacles? (And major thanks to @rxbar for the stash of bars to help me power through all of the long days..... this is NOT a sponsored post, just pure excitement to have these tasty treats in my possession. I genuinely love this product and have been a fan for a long time). •
Squats from this morning.. AMRAP of 300, got 7
Was supposed to do step ups after, but I’m working on more glute activation, so I did side lunges (sorry coach), followed up with leg press, feet high/wide/toes pointed out, again for glute activation.
Took preworkout this morning and regretted it almost immediately. Felt pukey and heart was racing, exactly why I don’t take it very often. Pass, no thanks.
