Thank you for everything Stan Lee. It’s because you and your team that we have Marvel. Marvel truly makes me happy, it’s because of you and your team that I can read about Stephen Strange into the late night, fighting Dormammu. It’s because of you I seriously anticipate Avengers 4. It’s because of you that I sunk into Marvel comics in high school which pushed me into art even further.
Thank you for contribution to the fandom that all of us hold so dear to our hearts. You were the only celebrity I have ever cared to meet. Thank you for saying, “Excelsior” with me it was truly a day I won’t forget. I dedicate my Doctor Strange and Captain Marvel cosplays to you. RIP Mr. Lee. We will miss you.

Thank you for giving so many people things to dream about and look up to!!!! I know Stan Lee’s Incredible Hulk played a huge roll in my life and gave me something to dream to be. #RIP#StanLee#ThankYou
What a beautiful [email protected] received from the #brownies this evening. But they deserve a massive #thankyou for allowing me to bring my particular brand of #yogachaos
With the help of my new friends we travelled to Lapland, wandered through a magical forest on our way to the cars which we drove to Egypt. In Egypt we visited the pyramids, saw camels and finally flew to unicorn-land. The unicorns visited and left us magic feathers which we used to help us breathe calmly then we had a special #rainbowrelaxation
All in al it was a very hectic and busy evening, and now I’m ready for bed!
So #thankyou Little Owl (and all the other owls) for inviting me to share my yoga with you all. I had a great time, and I’ll definitely sleep tonight.
I love the Veterans in my life, including my dad featured in this picture so I thought I would share this story even though it is a little long for Instagram. But first, Happy Veteran's Day and thank you to all of the brave people who joined for their service.
A couple came into the office just a few days ago intending to rent a home. They wanted to buy a house, but did not think they could. The husband was a war veteran and did not know what the VA programs could do for him. By chance a Tarbell associated lender was in the office and after talking to her he found that he could in fact buy a home, which he has wanted to do for close to thirty years now. If you are a veteran who would like to buy a home, I highly encourage shopping around for a lender and seeing what you qualify for. I know some fantastic loan officers, including my dad, a veteran himself, whose company in his own words, "Kicks butt at VA Loans." Appreciation for our veterans is an all year long practice, not just a thank you on Veteran's day. If you know a veteran who would like to own a home, please encourage them to try. I am happy to help.
"Yo solía sentirme avergonzado porque, mientras yo era escritor de comics, otras personas estaban construyendo puentes o ejerciendo carreras médicas. Pero entonces me di cuenta de que el entretenimiento es una de las cosas más importantes de la vida. Sin ella nos hundiríamos. Ahora siento que si eres capaz de entretener a la gente, es que estás haciendo algo bueno” ~Stan Lee~

Today we remember and give thanks to the brilliant Stan Lee, creator of Marvel Comics.
I can recall at the age of 8 saving every penny I earned working with my grandfather, so that I could visit my local comic book store and purchase the newest edition of X-Men.
Each page of Stan Lee’s work was not just a compilation of heroic stories and action filled imageries, but a world full of hope.... self acceptance... and imagination.
Growing up feeling different, was not the easiest (as many can attest). I remember being fascinated and loosing myself in each book. Reading each story as a passage in a bible. It was the essence of letting my creative mind explore and expand with each issue. Ending almost each story with with hopes that one day like that of Marvel comics, in which society will embrace individuality and differences amongst one another. A topic in which is still very current within our very own world.
Thank you Stan Lee for not only bestowing such incredible stories of heroes, fantasy and hope...
But for stirring up my very own super hero powers, that have led me into acceptance of self, strength to move forward since a very early age, and the flame to ignite my creative mind in order to become the Man I am today.
May your soul rest in eternal Peace, and your stories aid other children and adults into believing that individuality and self acceptance is one of the strongest Super Hero powers we can attain.
