  • It’s all in your mind🧘🏼‍♀️ This month, 4 years ago, I started my yogajourney. In october 2014 I was not feeling well; had pain in my neck, shoulder & back. I was working 70% because of the health problems. I was not a friend with my body. My mind was also unhappy because of the state I was in. It affected both my work and my social life. I knew I had to make a change. Then I met my trainer Micheal and I decided to start with pilates & yoga. At that moment I also attended mindfulness courses. Micheal told me: «Just you wait and see, it will change you». I didn’t understand the meaning of his words back then, but now I do... Today I live in a 100% strong, healthy and happy body. No more pains. I practice pilates & yoga 4-5 times a week. I’ve gained back my selfconfidence, my mind is positive. I work 100% and never done it better in my career. I love my body and I take good care of it. Feed it with healthy food. All though it was not my plan, I’ve lost 12 kilos. It’s just been a part of the process. My body found back to its natural self. It’s blooming both on the inside and outside🌱 Wanted to share this, because I know that a lot of people are struggling with the same issues as I did. It is possible to make a change. Make priorities. Be determined, set goals. Don’t fall out. If you do, get back on track as soon as possible. To me yoga & pilates is the key, working with both body & mind. With a strong mind you can achieve wathever you want🏆 #icanbecauseithinkican

  • A HUGE thank you to our SUPer Yogis who joined us yesterday for our last Yoga & SUP Adventure Day of 2018. Storm Callum passed over leaving calm waters and perfect SUP-ing conditions - sooooo blessed! 😍We kicked off the day with a simple heart warming gratitude exercise and it set the tone for the awesome day together. After 2 hours SUP-ing, we shared a fully homemade lunch of sweet potato & coconut soup, banana bread, protein & raphaello balls, freshly squeezed apple juice (from my garden) & lots of herbal teas 🙂 Then blissed out with 2 hours of Yin / Yang Yoga (gentle flow yoga followed by Yin) & a guided meditation to completely unwind. It’s an absolute privilege to be able to enjoy days like this here in Co. Kerry together and I love seeing our Yoga community grow & thrive.   • ⭐️ SUPCOACHTRAJECT: 3 sessies ⭐️ • • Stretch your comfortzone & do it! • • . . 💌 Post 3/3 . Afgelopen weken heeft Joris bij mij een Supcoachtraject gevolgd. In 3 sessies, verdeeld over 3 weken, zijn we aan de slag gegaan met zijn #hulpvraag! . . 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️ SESSIE 3 . Na sessie 2 was Joris zo enthousiast dat hij z’n eigen supboard (met wat advies van mij) heeft gekocht. Hoe leuk is dat? 👏 Ik denk serieus dat suppen goed is voor ieder mens. Je bent fysiek in beweging, mentaal (bewust en onbewust) komen er processen op gang (lees: inzichten en inspiratie) en je bent in de natuur! Als je ergens tot rust komt en weer oplaadt, is het daar wel. Helemaal op het water (we bestaan voor 70-80% uit water, dus ons systeem herkent het) 🧘🏻‍♂️ . Tijdens de 3e sessie had Joris z’n eigen supboard bij zich en kon hij meteen testen of het goed werkte. En dat was zo, dus top! 😃 . We verkenden een nieuwe route 🗺 en Joris was zichtbaar meer ontspannen dan de vorige keer. Hij herkende dit ook. Vorige keer had hij een intensief gesprek gehad voor onze sessie waar hij toen in z’n hoofd 🤯 nog mee bezig was. Na onze sessie kon hij het wel meer loslaten. En tijdens de 3e sessie keek hij er ook naar uit om met z’n eigen supboard het water op te gaan. . Plezier werkt altijd! 😃 Als het even kan, kies dan voor plezier (boven wilskracht, boven angst). Het maakt je leven zo veel leuker en lichter! 🧚‍♂️ . Waar Joris tijdens sessie 1 nog niet durfde te denken aan balansoefeningen op het supboard, deed hij nu mee bijna zonder erbij na te denken! 🤸‍♂️ Tof om te zien! Zijn (zelf)vertrouwen is gegroeid! We sloten de sessie af met een aantal ontspannings- en ademoefeningen die Joris ook thuis kan doen. En je ziet het: hij is nu totally in balans 😉👏 . 👉 Inhoud sessie 3 • Nieuwe route . • Terugblik sessie 2 . • Eigen supboard • Balans en yoga oefeningen • Ontspanningsoefeningen: zoals alle spieren aan- en ontspannen & ademhalingsoefeningen

  • Для того, чтобы начать меняться, нужно 👇 ⠀ ❗️💫ЖЕЛАНИЕ💫❗️ а не понедельник📌😉 ⠀ Только ты решаешь, каким будет твой день ☀️😺 ⠀ Поверьте, только вы почувствуете свою волну удовлетворения и мелких побед над собой, только сделаете первые шаги, и вас уже будет не остановить)) Конечно трудности неизбежны, но откуда вы знаете, что в том состоянии, в котором вы сейчас, хоть возможно вам и комфортно, вам лучше⁉️ Должны быть стремления и цели❗️ И выход из зон комфорта для нового опыта и их достижения💥 Это неизбежно❗️ Сделав шаг, дорога появится👋 ⠀ 🌠 🌠 🌠 ⠀ Не получаются у меня короткие посты 😌 Зато получаются классные интервью!📹 В следующем посту 🙏😺 подробности о САП ЙОГЕ, тренировках на берегу🌊 и шикарном душевном месте для гармонии души и тела 💙
