The feeling is mutual, @armiehammer! 🏆😍Last night, the #SCAD#SAVFF honoree took home the Outstanding Achievement in Cinema Award. Thank you, Armie, for sharing in such insightful conversation and providing us all with many laughs!👏🏼 #SCAD40
"Reunited and it feels so good"!
The band is back together again!
Thank you to the Lyft driver that only charged my child for one way travel from the airport to the dorm and then back to the airport when she grabbed the expired ID vs her current ID!
We are so happy to have you back. Fall Quarter is over, finals are done, grades are good and now you are home until January!!
This was one of the most intense, yet amazing quarters I have had at SCAD.
I earned the opportunity to work for GE Transportation with an amazing team of 13 designers and two of the most valuable and hard working faculty at SCAD, Professor Joe Digioia and Josephine Leung. It was so rewarding to be able to produce something that might leverage operations for GE employees through data visualization tools.
Among other things, it was a pleasure and an honor to meet our guests: alumni mentor @ramonatodoca FontLab CEO @thomasphinney and amazing designer @myautumnsky thank you very much for all your teachings.
My work got nominated by my faculty again for IDA Design Awards, and the Chair of Graphic Design and the Dean of Communication Arts chose me for GDUSA Students to watch feature as Top Graphic Design Student at SCAD.
Got selected for our Senior Show 2019 Secession committee where I will be working with other 5 amazing designers to create the identity of such important event in the Graphic Design department
I was asked to give a talk on how to document your process and was an All Star SCADpro student this quarter, talking about my experience working for BMW.
Had the pleasure and honor to be Steff Geissbuhler student and learn about Logo and Trademark Design from one of the best Graphic Designers in the History.
Ultimately ended the quarter with three of my strongest projects and starting a position as Graphic Designer in the e-learning department where we will be redesigning the courses for a more interactive and seamless experience.
I cannot thank more God, my faculty, mentors, supervisors, parents and peers for standing next to me in this journey. Excited to see what comes next!
Had the coolest opportunity to design the set for one of my all-time favorite shows, Cabaret! These are my concepts for the show, which include a color model, how the set will look like during three different musical numbers, and a white model. The stage itself is modelled after the one at the Lucas Theatre (Savannah, GA). #cabaret#scad#musical#willkommen#setdesign#lightingdesign#maybethistime

Drawing 101 Final Project (Prismacolor Still Life/Artist Imitation)
So THIS final project was hell to get through, but wooooah nelly was it worth it! I had a lot of fun with the still life, despite my stress, and I’m super glad to have learned about such a cool artist as Yoshitomo Nara. I highly suggest searching up their work. Anything with any sort of childish punk rock edge is gonna get my attention, for sure.
And as always, let me know what you think! I’ll be posting my Design 100 final project soon as well.
