The guy who introduced me to Thai culture is @push_dj 💓 And today is his big day. Congratulations boy. I'm so happy for him that I literally cried. Tears of happiness indeed. I really hope one day my only one @hyunjoong860606 will also find the love of his life and will make a happy family 💚

TRUTH: If you want symmetry of your body you have to be consistent with training your ENTIRE body. Ladies: don’t fall into the trap of believing that only working your legs, butt and abs is the only way to get you that ‘feminine’ physique you’re aiming for. Don’t be afraid to train upper body! 💪🏻 Shoulders, biceps and chest! Another TRUTH: Exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant and anger management out there. Just take your moody ass to the gym and I promise you will feel a relief and 100 x better! 💪🏻🥰 Daily reminder-Let your goals lead the way and don’t be afraid to be great.

What builds muscle best in a caloric surplus maintains muscle best in a caloric deficit.
There's no reason to change your entire routine based on your diet.
Yes, I'm cutting. Yes, I still hit heavy singles. Yes, you will lose strength when cutting; that doesn't mean you stop hitting heavy singles. Use it as a litmus test for the effectiveness of your cut; if you're shedding pounds but maintaining strength, you're doing well.
Still got 315 on bench.
“There are two types of pain, the one that breaks you and the one that changes you. In the gym, pain is felt as a result of weakness leaving the body. Physical pain is the pain of transformation and the pain of progress. The more you endure, the harder it becomes to accept the thought of failure.” – Greg P

“Your mind will quit 1000 times before your body ever will, feel the fear and do it anyway”. When you’re training hard there comes a time when you might not want to finish that last rep, OR stop at 4 sets when it was really supposed to be 5. We’ve all been there at some point.
This is what works for me... I mentally prepare for each set before I start. I take a moment to focus on what I’m about to do. I think about exactly what muscle drives the movement and I remind myself that I DON’T want to be average. Mental prep can be the difference between getting a quality set or a shitty set. My wife caught a pretty cool shot of me mid mind prep. FOCUS and Stay focused throughout each and every rep of each and every set.

Deadlifting with a neutral spine (flat back) as opposed to a round back in definitely a good way to help prevent a back injury.
An often overlooked and just as important reason is that when people run, jump, cut and perform athletic movements they almost never do with a round back. If you don’t have a round back when transmitting force into the ground in life why would put yourself in that situation in the gym. #trainforlife#functionalstrength
Spider-Man my favourite super hero for a long time now... Why... Because I was that small, geeky kid people picked on. Glasses, braces, different interests the works!
Spider-Man gave me hope, inspiration, encouragement and understanding. Ultimately he gave me the push to find my inner super hero and start becoming my best self, a journey only I was capable of actualising...
Who is your FAVOURITE superhero and more importantly WHY...? 🤓
Today has been a pretty long day and honestly didn’t want to #workout. Thought to myself about the #progress I’ve made on the #program I’m on and it #motivated me to go to the #gym. I didn’t want to #workout at my gym because i worked there this morning and didn’t want to workout surrounded by people I know. I ended up going to the gym in my apartment complex even though that gym doesn’t have everything I need. While I was working out I began to find things to replace the machines that weren’t available to me. That got me #thinking about how the #old me would have just been #lazy and wouldn’t have done the #exercise.I ended up having a bomb ass workout and felt super good after. #Proud of myself for not making #excuses and still getting done what I had to and hopefully this will #motivate one of you to #push#yourself past whatever excuse you’ve put in-front of your #goals ! 🎖
I’m determined to get to this place financially. So much, that I can literally taste the predestined blood, sweat and tears it’s gonna require to achieve it...🤷🏽♀️ I’ve labored for much less.
He looked at it, sat it on top of the ATM and walked away. It was meant for me to see.
