This is what keeps me warm on winter rides. The espresso 4 jacket with a base layer, a UA balaclava and some cheap sunglasses that have padding surrounding the eyes to keep the cold out. Works all winter. How do you stay warm and keep riding? ❄️❄️

Even on a cold, wet winters day we can come and service your bike at a time and place convenient for you!! www.theshed.cc
Yep one step at a time.
➡️ drinking more water, less soda. .
➡️ choosing Teddys / Smuckers Peanut butter instead of Skippy (Check ingredients to see why 😐).
➡️ taking the stairs instead of the lift.
➡️ committing to 10 minutes of exercise a day.
➡️ deciding to read more -> watch TV less. .
➡️ choosing apples over crisps / chips. .
➡️ talking to your friends instead of only texting (guilty!). .
➡️ getting up 20 mins early to better set yourself up for a successful day. .
➡️ 10 min power walk at lunch instead of eating at your desk. .
We love experiencing sunsets in its full glory. But more so taking a break and having a drink with friends to cap off the day. 🍻⠀
Ps: If you don’t know yet, that windmill you see is actually a brewery 👀 ⠀
It was fun to get out of city of Kathmandu and explore countryside walking through rice fields from Khokana to Bungamati and beside the famous Bagmati River. The Bagmati river is considered holy to both Hindus and Buddhists with cremations on the banks of the river and ashes scattered in the river afterwards. Only downside was the air pollution, the hills would look amazing surrounding the city without the haze.
The good, bought a new mountain bike today! The bad, I wasn't able to buy some upgrades because of the time constraints. The ugly, apparently I decided to tell my friends I want to ride the bike soon as we buy it. So then they rode theirs to the bike shop and I booked a Grab to get there. And the plan was we'll go home riding our bikes. Come 6pm and we bought all the peripherals we could get along with the bike itself and pedaled our way out. Thirty minutes in and I was feeling the tension on my hips and knees. We stopped at the nearest Mickey D's and ate but let me tell you, at this moment I was just so tired there was no way I was gonna be able to make it home riding the bicycle. After eating we went straight from one corner to another. Long story short we had to stop for more than five times because I was out of breath the whole time, and it feels like I'm going to throw up, and I could only imagine how much I cursed for even making that stupid decision, and now my everything hurts, God help me...
