It’s November and I am dreaming of a beach vacation like this back in the summer! Even though I am grateful to be living in Arizona and enjoying a beautiful, sunny 76F day but there is nothing like the ocean breeze!❤️🌊🏖 Double tap if you love beach vacations! #miami#beach#oceanbreeze
Nothing shouts 'tropical' more than the beautiful flower #frangipani in my opinion.
Oh, a bright blue cloudless sky.
So lucky to call the beautiful local of Thulusdhoo my new home! 💙🍃🌸

🏖️How often do you push yourself out of your comfort zone? 🌴If you were offered the opportunity to go solo and do something your heart desired when none of your friends were willing, would you?🌅
This was taken several years ago at the Andamans. I was 17. It was the first month of my first year in college when I signed up for a college trip to this heaven on Earth.🌹
Since everybody was still getting to know each other, no one I knew was going. It as it was going to be filled with the seniors and teachers. .
*shock gasp horror*
Intimidating, right? 😳
Annoyed, I knew familiar faces or not, I was grabbing the opportunity to visit paradise islands. 😍🌅🏖️🏜️
And it has to be 1 of the best decisions I have ever made.😎Only in retrospect ofcourse!😂 At 17, I was only hoping I wouldn't regret my decision. 😌
I remember reaching the airport and not knowing a single familiar face to wave at or hug. .
I had no idea who I would sit next to in the flight. .
Would I be left behind? That odd one who gets picked last for the last room left, last bus seat? .
What about when we would be expected to pair up during water sports? .
And during meals? Would I sit alone and watch everyone laugh?
Would I be bullied?
Most of my fears did not materialise. I was blessed to be surrounded by a friendly group of people. #gratitude
But in end, during those small everyday moments, I learnt to be self-sufficient ♥️
Because each time when I wanted to ask someone-
Does this look okay on me? Should I buy it? Worth the price?
Do I look too fat in this? .
Is everyone staring at me in this dress? .
I need another minute, can you please stay back with me?
I learnt to rely on myself and be decisive.
That + being forever bitten by the wanderlust were my two precious takeaways from the Andaman Islands. And this is why it will forever have a special place in heart. 💛🏖️😎😄
Day 2: The Beach 🏝 •
My absolute favorite part about living in Rhode Island is being surrounded by water nearly everywhere I turn. There is something so incredibly calming about the crashing of the waves and the feeling of sand between your fingers. I have often times contemplated whether or not I’d ever move away from RI, and honestly, the answer is no. I cannot imagine living a life away from the beach. Fresh seafood, long summer nights by the water, and the pure calmness of the waves are things I could never give up! Winters in New England may be cold, but it is so worth it to live life alongside the beach. •
