  • 🦄 Are your excuses keeping you from reaching your goal? 🦄 . . I’m tired, I worked all day ... I’ll just go to the gym tomorrow . . . Ehhh ill start eating better NEXT month ... after the holidays .. it’s fine . . . My schedule is TOO busy I can’t do anything extra.. . . I used to be like this ALL the time. Just let excuses take over my mind. Keep me from reaching MY goals. I had my mind blocked. I had my mind filled with “ I can’t “, “ there’s no Way” , “ that won’t ever happen to me”. . . Honestly, tough love . You just gotta DO IT. Take the leap of faith, bring down that wall of bricks, brick by brick .. . . I wanted to live a healthy lifestyle. I wanted to have the opportunity of financial freedom. I wanted to others the same opportunity. It’s my life. It’s my vision. I was scared as hell to start. Fear is so normal to control our minds . Excuses are formed from that deep fear . . Ya just gotta do it babe . . This before picture was August 2017 and the after is today.   • Let me tell ya about who the guy on the left was.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Well, to be honest- there isn’t much to say. Mostly because at the time... I didn’t even know who I was ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I spent most of life just unsatisfied with myself ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I didn’t walk around confidently. I’d isolate myself from social events because I didn’t feel significant enough to be payed attention to ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Most of the time, I’d refrain from anything that involved taking my shirt off- which basically meant the summer itself And if I did go, I’d spend most of it in my head about how unconfident I was ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The worst part about who I was at the time was that I hoped things would change ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I “hoped” for so long ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I let time slip away... time that could of spent in finally making a change ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ...but I let my own fear, excuses, and false justifications as why I should wait take control ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve come to learn the ONE THING that changed everything for me ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The ONE THING that allowed me to pursue a version of myself I’m so incredible thankful for ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ That ONE THING ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .... was ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ MAKING A CHOICE So simple - yet it changed everything for me ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I stop waiting . hoping. wishing. NOT DOING ANYTHING about how I felt about myself ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Because let me tell ya- hoping doesn’t cause change ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I simply took action, and did something different ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The one thing that I never did up to that point ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And I made a choice to MAKE A MOVE ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The holidays are coming up ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ HECK, the rest of your BEST LIFE is knocking ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s been knocking ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You just haven’t answered ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’d like to extend to you be opportunity to finally answer ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And finally obtain the lifestyle, dream physique, and level of confidence within yourself that you’ve been putting off ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To finally put YOU on top of your list of priorities and make your best self happen, like I have done for so many of my clients already ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Apply for my 1-on-1 coaching with the link in my bio @camilocereijo ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This isn’t for everyone.   • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion..but remember it’s just an opinion. - I’ve been stomped on, talked down on and doubted. At the end of the day I know what I have been through, the paths I’ve had to walk down alone, the sacrifices I’ve had to make and most importantly who I am...which is why I take so much pride in who I have become. The only person who calls the shots in your life is YOURSELF. You lose yourself when you give someone else that power. You should never allow someone’s opinion about who you are weigh you down or even have you second guessing yourself. Who are they in your life to have that control over you?! Live for YOU and everything YOU stand for.

  • WHY DO YOU TRAIN? - Sometimes I find myself thinking about why I invest so much time, energy and effort into this lifestyle. On the surface it’s quite obvious - it improves my confidence, and I want to get bigger, stronger and healthier. Overall it just feels fucking great. But then I dive deeper... - There aren’t many things in life that provide you with direct, honest, no-bullshit feedback like training. It allows you to appreciate the value of hard work and trust the process. When you show up, follow the plan, challenge yourself and stay consistent...you will get results. If you stall, hit a plateau, or progress slows down, you’ll know it and be able to make an adjustment to keep moving forward. - Think about how you feel when you hit a PR in the gym, lose 20 lbs, or watch your body take shape over time. No one can take that away from you and you can be proud that you’re better than you were before. You worked for something, improved yourself, and now your living proof that real change is possible and you’re in control of it. - Maybe you train as an escape because it helps you control stress levels, anxiety, or depression. Maybe you train to help you get laid or improve your confidence. Maybe your only concern is your health. We all have our reasons. - I love that there is no quick fix. Every day you make a deposit and eventually it adds up over time. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but we can always course correct and get back on track and that allows me to fully trust the process. I love knowing that I’m in complete control of the outcome, and if I mess up or fall off, it’s my responsibility. - This lifestyle has taught me a lot about myself and I wouldn’t be the man I am today without it. - So tell me, Why Do YOU Train? ⬇️⬇️

  • Conflict is a situation which needs two parties/sides. Most of the times we ourselves play the role of both the sides and make sure that it continuously goes on in our mind.
