Finished my peek week plans today👌🏻 I wasn’t going to peek for the photoshoot next weekend but I do want to trial it for the show so not better time to do it🤗 it is very different to what I did last year but I do feel the way I have structured it will work well for the way I want to come in this time around! It’s almost time 🔥
Been feeling very big recently due to all these calories and heavy weight training. To say I miss being lean would be an understatement but unfortunately this is all part of the process, and it’s the only way I’ll put on the necessary size. All that said I couldn’t do any of this without the crew I’ve assembled around me. They all know who they are, but they egg me on regularly with encouragement. Yes I do find it hard to keep going, but the support I’ve received since starting this journey a few years ago has been immense. To those who have encouraged me, I just wanna say thank you! 🙏

This is my favourite go to front delt variation. Mainly because I’ve got tight pecs and find that when I carry out front raises with a dumbbell my pec fibres kick in. So in order to stay on top of full front delt activation I opt to use a piece of machinery that allows me to apply any abduction or adduction to my range of motion to keep my pecs completely at bay. In order to carry this out though you need the cables if doing both sides at the same time as gravity has a tendency to only apply force in one direction and that’s ⬇️.
