We took a drive up the coast of Da Nang and right before the beach ended there was a whole bunch of these round little boats!
These fishing boats have been used for years and years, and started back when the French imposed large taxes on boats. The locals made these ‘boats’ and called them baskets instead, so the tax wouldn’t be applicable!
Have you ever seen these? Or floated in them? I know they offer tours but I haven’t ever gone before! 💙🐠🌴

You know when you go to a place you see pictures of all the time and it is even more beautiful in person? Yup... that was me with @the_essentialist_ visiting this spot on Nusa Penida this past week. I think we freaked out about the water for a good 20 minutes 🤣🙈
Where have you been that has been better than pictures ever showed? OR.. where has something not lived up to your expectations from photos or Instagram?

At the site of one of the Seven Wonders of the World. So blessed to be able to witness and daydream how this ancient city that span over more than 100 sq mi was carved into the sheer red rock face approx 2,000 years ago — becoming an important trade route of its time.
Abandoned yet bewitching. Something you ought to see yourself to believe ✨
Proactive or Reactive. There are times when I find myself reacting to certain situations but the outcome seems to remain unchanged or the issue often reoccurs. Sometimes we need to take that leap of faith that everything will work out fine if we take that first step into the unknown. Find a solution that maybe we haven’t had the courage to take in the past. A new kind of change, a new me, a better me for the people around me. The decisions we make will impact the person we are to become and the path we will take.

Out of all the 5 cities that I've traveled to in Vietnam, my favorite is Hue. 😘 Laid back but still with night life. Plus amazing cuisine 😋 and hospitality is a top notch 👌

Visit the iconic Todai-Ji and surround yourself with the Deer all over the Nara park before entrance of the Temple
In Laos steht die Zeit still.
The Alcázar of Seville (pronounced [alˈkaθaɾ]; Spanish: Reales Alcázares de Sevilla or "Royal Alcazars of Seville") is a royal palace in Seville, Spain, built for the Christian king Peter of Castile. It was built by Castilian Christians on the site of an Abbadid Muslim residential fortress destroyed after the Christian conquest of Seville. Although some elements of other civilizations remains. The palace, a preeminent example of Mudéjar architecture in the Iberian Peninsula, is renowned as one of the most beautiful. The upper levels of the Alcázar are still used by the royal family as their official residence in Seville, and are administered by the Patrimonio Nacional. It is the oldest royal palace still in use in Europe, and was registered in 1987 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, along with the adjoining Seville Cathedral and the General Archive of the Indies.
