The absolutely stunning Bridal Veil fall at Yosemite National Park. I went on a lovely humpday (wednesday) afternoon. I drove myself as close as I could park to the waterfall and started my hike. I hiked 9 miles thats almost 56 meters!!! The sun wasn't on my side or should I say it was on my back and gave me tons of sunburn. This is why you should always wear sunblock. I usually recommend 50 spf or more especially for light skin tones like mine. Remember to stay hydrated as you explore! #nature#yosemite#bridalveil#hiking#tired#sunburn#50spf#hydrationaintajoke
I have a cold—the kind that keeps you up at night. I started going through my pictures, taking in the year, and I found a few I want to share with you all.
I am so blessed to have an amazing, adventurous family. Writing is hard sometimes. You’re stuck behind a computer a lot, and there are times you begin to feel stagnant. But all I have to do is say the word, and my guys are ready to find some fresh air and blue skies. They keep me motivated.
Jake finds beautiful places and coaxes me out of my comfort zone. Chelsea appreciates the beauty in everything, making me look twice at things I would never notice. Weston studies everything around us, from birds to stars to rocks—he wants to know the “why” behind them.
I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without these guys.
