  • Ringing in FRYDAY with these crispy baked fries and my homemade vegan cheese sauce with sriracha ✨ This is my go-to meal when I’m craving something savory, filling but also QUICK 🙌🏼. . To make the sauce 👇🏼: Boil 1 cup of diced, peeled yellow potatoes + 1/2 cup of diced carrots until tender. Transfer to a blender. Add 4 tbsp of nutritional yeast, 1 tsp garlic power, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 3/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of veggie stock or plant-based milk (or more if needed). Blend until smooooth and enjoy on EVERYTHING 💛

Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bowl. Que estén súper bien integrados. 2. Ya que quede como una masa. Hacer las galletitas. Y hornear por 13 min a 200 C. (Tu puedes ir calculando el tiempo) . . . “Vengan almond cookies. In realtà non ancora, devo prima preparare i brownies proteici ai fagioli e cioccolato da portare alle mie ragazze che domani mattina parteciperanno all’allenamento ben&fit che si terrà allo stadio dei marmi 💪🏻! Stasera prima di rientrare a casa sono passata dalla mia pescheria di fiducia per prendere delle alici. Considerate il pesce azzurro per Eccellenza, le alici sono ricche di proprietà nutrizionali, e accessibile a tutti per il costo modesto. Le ho cotte al forno facendole gratinare con della crusca di avena (anziché pane grattugiato), un spicchio d’aglio a pezzetti, dell’origano, un pó di pomodorini e un filo di olio. Le ho impiattate creando una PIZZA DI ALICI 🤩😆, le ho accompagnate con dell’insalata e semi di girasole condita con olio evo e aceto di mele + del pane di segale tostato 👌🏻😋🤩!   • Happy Friday y’all! - So today has been absolutely insane, got an early an and cardio workout in, and then went to Verizon to get a new phone because 60 GB is just enough space lol, but when I got my new phone it deleted all my pictures and video from today, so here’s an old selfie instead 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. Also did some deep cleaning of the house, and counting that as the cardio part of the “abs and cardio” 😂. - I hope everyone has an amazing Friday, and an even better weekend❤️

  • Being part of a group with similar goals whilst gaining help and support from your peers will most definitely inspire, motivate and instil confidence in individuals, so I can understand the appeal and success of groups such as slimming world. - That being said, I think nutrition can be somewhat overlooked when trying to cut calories. This is why I believe that a diet plan that meets all your nutritional needs but still gives you a calorie deficit is the best and most efficient way to lose weight. - To find a a deficit which will work for you, first you'll need to work out your BMR (basal metabolic rate). A quick Google search will result in multiple calculators for this online. Then set yourself an achievable goal, be consistent and you will see results. Never prioritise weight loss over health!

After finishing I lost 10lbs and 7 inches which is amazing, but the non scale results are amazing too! Now I have more energy and I’m just seeing a difference in how I look.
