  • HI INTERNET CAN WE PLEASE STOP GIVING FOOD ANNOYING LABELS TO MAKE PEOPLE FEEL SHITTY ABOUT THEMSELVES? THANK YOU SO MUCH.⠀ ⠀ 'Clean', 'dirty', 'real', 'fake'... food is food. Some foods are more nutritious, others - less so. Some you might want to prioritise more, others - less so. They're not good or bad, just different. And that's ok.⠀ ⠀ 'But people need to make better food choices !!!!'⠀ ⠀ Sure. But people know a damn chicken salad is likely to be more nutrient-dense than a caramel mcfluffy. It's 2018. Fear-mongering is simply not okay. Shaming someone into making certain food choices is not the way to build better eating habits long-term. ⠀ ⠀ Remove the weird labels, see each food for exactly what it is, enjoy everything in ModEraTioN, make your own damn choices + ignore the bs.⠀ ⠀ Oh, and avoid plastic foods. That food actually isn't real.⠀ ⠀ #teamnobs

  • Werbung | @smilodox Happy Saturday 💪🏻🤩🧡 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Mein Kühlschrank ist wieder aufgefüllt, was ein schönes Gefühl 🤩👏🏻 aber ich habe meine Mahlzeiten diese Woche nicht ganz geplant, da ich nur Montag und Dienstag arbeiten muss ☝🏻 Den Rest der Woche habe ich frei und möchte ich dafür nutzen, etwas mehr auszuprobieren 👩🏼‍🍳 Deshalb werde ich Mittwoch einfach nochmal schauen, worauf ich so Lust habe 🤓 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bei mir stehen heute Arme, also mein Baby Bizeps 👶🏻 und Trizeps an 🤩 Als Mädchen gerne arme zu trainieren, kommt glaube ich nicht so oft vor 🧐 Im Gegensatz zu meinen anderen Trainings ist dieser Tag einfach nicht so belastend für den Körper👏🏻 Damit der Pump auch gesichert ist, gibt es für mich finally als PreWorkout ein Eis vom Restaurant der goldenen Schwalbe 🤪 Wollte ich seit Wochen vor nem Training machen und heute passt es mir sehr gut 🍦 Freeeeeeeu mich 🎉 ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #gym #fit #fitfam #bodybuilding #healthy #fitness #health #training #lifestyle #eatclean #love #fitnessaddict #beach #muscle #sport #beautiful #cleaneating #inspiration #diet #body #follow #like #happy

  • 🔹🔷💙H O T D O G💙🔷🔹[Werbung/Anzeige] Eeweeinen wundervollen Vormittag, meine Damen und Herren 🤗😘 wie geht es euch? 🔹 🔹 🔹 Ich habe gestern nach langer Zeit mal wieder riiiichtig Lust auf Hot Dogs gehabt 😂 Dafür hab ich natürlich selber die Brötchen gemacht (Rezept: 200 g Magerquark, 3 Eier, 20 g Flohsamenschalen, 1 Tl Backpulver, 25 g Dinkelvollkornmehl 👉 einmal quellen lassen und anschließend bei 180 °C ca 15 min backen). 🔹 🔹 🔹 Ich habe diese (echt fluffigen) Brötchen mit Käse belegt und nochmal in den Ofen getan - und anschließend wurde ich angerufen, weshalb sie leider etwas schwarz wurden 😭). Dazu gab es ein Veggi Würstchen aus dem Supermarkt, gebratene Zwiebeln uuuuund zwei Callowfitsoßen 😍 Einmal Honey Mustard und Ketchup von @callowfit_official. Die Ketchup Sauce schmeckt wirklich UNFASSBAR lecker! Ich empfehle euch echt von ganzen Herzen diese Sauce einmal zu probieren 😍 mit "Marike10" könnt ihr sogar noch 10% sparen 😍

  • Celebrating the end of midterms with this PB stuffed breakfast cookie🍪👌🏻 🔽 Mix together 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 mashed banana, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp cocoa powder in a bowl until combined well. Divide batter into 2 and shape 1/2 batter into a flattened cookie, cover with a spoonful of PB, the create a “dome” over the PB with the remaining batter.   • 😓I had to cut my workout short yesterday so I decided to work some 5/3/1 on my deadlifts supersetted with 4 x 12 tricep rope extensions and finished up with a set of sumo deadlifts for AMRAP. I mean that counts as full body right?! I’ve been slowly converting to conventional since people have been hating on my sumos *cough* don’t hate my hip mobility *cough*. Anyways, PR so far without breaking my back is 425 lbs for a single. Getting closer and closer to my sumo PR of 455. Almost want to say I’m like 95% recovered, but then I realized I haven’t been squatting as intensely as I did in the past. My real excuse though is that I’m specializing in deadlifts for this training block until I hit 500 lbs. Oh and I think my active straight leg raise is probably a 2 now, but hip hinge seems more neutral for sure. 🤙🏽😏
