  • Ok, this how my butt looks like 3 weeks ago. I was really happy and proud of my progress but.... 3 weeks ago I injured myself during stretching session, I didn't listen to my body and overstretched my butt (left one actually). I suffered from glute elongation (strained muscle). I limped for 3 or 4 days, I was in pain... elongation is not a joke, it's like cramp but it lasts for days or weeks ! And only now, I feel better. Next time listen to your body and not to be in excess. And my butt is flat again... damn 😭 all these efforts to start over... but that injury gave me a lesson...
