I’ll do all the prep for breakfast or whip up homemade pancakes midweek but can never seem to find time to lunch/dinner prep. 😫 Maybe you’re the same way. . One of my next goals is to plan out M-F my weekly dinners. 🥧🌮🥙🥘Then, make grocery lists 📝 and post the recipes and grocery lists for you all to use too! 🧡 I plan to make the recipes to serve 4 people 👯‍♂️👯‍♀️so you can have leftovers for lunch the next day 💯🙌🏼 . Recipe ➡️➡️ . 3 Tbsp. Tbsp pumpkin🎃 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened or milk of choice🥛 1/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds 1 Tbsp. Ground flaxseed 1/2 tps. Vanilla 1/8 tsp. Salt 1 Tbsp. Stevia or sugar is OK 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats 1/4 cup Vanilla protein powder Optional toppings: Maple syrup and walnuts/pecans 🍁 . In a bowl mix pumpkin, yogurt, and milk together. Then add remaining ingredients and combine. Divide between two mason jars, mugs (whatever you may have). Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Just long enough for the oats to absorb the liquid. Add toppings in the morning right before you eat! 🍯 **Note: You may enjoy the oats cold, or place in microwave for 30-45 seconds for some warmth. I like my oats more on the thick side- add more liquid if you don’t like that! .
