  • Need a tank filling? ⚡️ - Ich wünsche euch einen guten Start in die Woche meine Lieben ☺️🙌🏻 Ich habe jetzt erst mal eine ellenlange To-Do-Liste vor mir, die ich hoffentlich bis Mittwoch komplett abgearbeitet habe 🙏🏻 Macht ihr euch Wochenpläne oder To-Do-Listen? Mir hilft es enorm, dadurch Struktur in meinen Alltag bringen zu können und die Dinge wirklich zu erledigen, anstatt sie bis zum Schluss rauszuzögern (zugegeben funktioniert nicht immer 🤓) aber es motiviert mich dann immer total zu sehen, wie viel ich schon abgearbeitet habe ☺️ - Bin gespannt wie ihr darüber denkt 💗

  • FREE ADVICE ⤵️ - Have you become permanently stuck in a rut? Not knowing where to go? Because I was. Surprisingly I still am to a degree 📜. - Let me give you some free advice: ➡️ Allowing yourself to become frozen in this situation is not the end of the world. Right now you may feel like it is, but trust me when I say, everything will work out if you keep at these next few key pointers. ▶️ What helped me and what will help you undoubtably is “WHY”? The way you are feeling mentally and physically, “WHY” is that? (Define that down to a tee). ▶️ Now you know what your “WHY” is, means you are now able to move onto your “HOW”. “HOW” do I make change to feel more comfortable within my own skin? ▶️ #1 Tip is too purchase yourself a notepad and pen and simply write down the pro’s and con’s about yourself, the hobbies you enjoy and the family/friends you surround yourself with, this way you are able to see what and who has a good impact on your life and the way you feel and who is undoubtably irrelevant when it goes down to how you physically and mentally feel ✍️. ▶️ #2 Tip is find a community of people in a similar situation to yourselves, this may be a Facebook group (most popular choice) or instagram users (using # to find help and support is a great way to search) Even if you have a local community group within your town or city, why not take a risk and take action ⤵️. ▶️ #3 Tip is too take “ACTION”. This means finding something that suits you and that can rocket your confidence through the roof. I've fallen victim to the voice in my head before. . . "It's too difficult." . "What's the point, it won't make a difference." . "You're not going to be good at it. Why even try?" . "What are they going to think?" . . It doesn't matter who it is: your significant other, your family, your friends, your coworkers, the other people at the gym. ANYONE. . . We have one life to make the most of. We must challenge ourselves, better ourselves, and care about the opinion of ourselves. ALWAYS. . . We're not always going to be the best at first. We're not going to be the strongest. We're not going to be the most successful. . . But you won't become these things, you won't become GREAT unless you at least start and finish. . . One workout. One meeting. One client. . . Acrescente o molho de tomate e deixe ferver (coloque manjericão se desejar). Reserve. Tempere os filés de frango com alho e sal a gosto. Empane os filés de frango primeiro nos ovos, depois na farinha de rosca e frite em óleo quente até dourar. Montagem: Coloque uma camada de molho, os filés e o restante do molho de tomate. Acrescente o requeijão, as fatias de presunto e por último as fatias de muçarela. Gratine no forno à 200 graus por 20 minutos.

  • ФАРШИРОВАННЫЕ ЧЕРРИ🍅🍤 ⠀ Сегодня делюсь идеей очень простой, вкусной и полезной закуски из черри, яиц и креветок😋 👇🏼 На 20 штук‼️ 📍20 штук помидорок черри, 1 яйцо, 300 грамм креветок, 1 столовая ложка творожного сыра (20 грамм), соль по вкусу. 1️⃣Помидорки помыть, срезать верхушку и с помощью острого ножа извлечь мякоть. 2️⃣Яйцо отварить, натереть на мелкой терке. 3️⃣Креветки закинуть в кипящую воду и варить 2-3 минуты, после чего остудить и почистить. 4️⃣Для начинки смешать тертое яйцо, 50 грамм мелко нарезанных креветок и творожный сыр, посолить по вкусу. 5️⃣Начинить помидорки, сверху украсить оставшимися креветками и свежей зеленью. ⠀ Примерное КБЖУ на 1 штучку: 12/1,3/0,6/0,35. #style #instamood #f4f #instatag #l4l #followforfollow #life #instagramanet #nofilter #lol #pretty #repost #my #iphoneonly #tweegram #cool #instafollow #instacool #bored #funny #instago #girls #all_shots #nature #party #eyes #night #hot #fitness
