It shouldn't matter if you're a size zero or a size 10. It shouldn't matter if you wear makeup or not. It shouldn't matter if you dress classy or sexy. What should matter is just you, stripped of all the labels and expectations. Your aura, your soul, your logic and intellect, your creativity, your character. This is my progress since upping my training the past few months from around 4 sessions to 7 sessions a week. Missing a day or 2 would mean fitting in double sessions along the way to consistently keep up 7 sessions a week. Since taking this video I’ve been unwell and recovering from surgery for the last 2 weeks. So unfortunately I’ve lost 3 kg from no training and loss of appetite. Sometimes it’s good to give your body a rest and time to recover but I'm so ready to get back into the gym and start training harder than ever 🙌 #workforit
We haven’t posted in a while because we decided to take a social media break yesterday for Corey’s birthday ☺️👌🏻 Which I shall be honest was magical. We did absolutely everything we wanted to do as a couple and relaxed, went to the movies, had a great dinner at @comunacantina , then ordered some late night churros and FINALLY had our Krispy Kreme Maxibons ahaha But now we are back! And why not post the first picture taken (obviously by Corey with his tears in his eyes) after I won my @wbff_aust Pro Card☺️ Countless hours of sweat and pain went into this. I still cannot believe what has just happened to our lives... and all I can say for now is... thank you to every single person that helped me. That pushed me. That motivated me. This is an achievement made possible ONLY by the help of everyone around me. And thank you so much to my coach @aliciagowans_wbffpro . You have guided me the last 20 weeks and I cannot wait to see where we go in the future. And last but certainly not least. Corey. You introduced me to the gym life. You’ve always told me my legs were perfect for fitness. You’ve kept up with my hangry’ness every single day. And I will always love you for that. Worlds. Core and Abs are coming! 👌🏻☺️

One of the most common complaints I hear when it comes to training is not having the time. .
The reality is the time doesn’t create itself, you have to make it.
Just like any other appointment, you should book in your training times each week as a commitment to yourself. .
Admittedly, there will be days where it may not work out but it’s about creating that consistency and keeping your goals front of mind. .
I book my training times into my calendar alongside my other commitments.

The single leg sit to stand is an exercise that forces your hip, knee and ankle to be stable while you move through ankle hip and knee movement.
Some research has shown a link between hip and knee control with the occurrence of PFPS (Patellofemoral pain syndrome)
Give this exercise a go and the goal is to keep your knee stable as you descend and sit down slowly and controlled and if you can, try and do over 20 reps without losing control 💪👌
