  • First pic is October 2014, next is October 2017, and the last one is from October 2018. From the first picture to the third there has been a loss of around 75 lbs all together and a lot of muscle growth! In 2014 I started as a tire installer and it was SO much harder with all that extra weight. Now that I'm down I can throw around tires like nobody's business. 💪 Since last year there has been a lot of muscle growth and a bit of fat loss. Still not where I want to be but so much closer. Loss of around 30 lbs for the year. Hopefully next October I will have some lil abs poppin'! 😁 SO CLOSE to my goal!! Goes to show you should never give up no matter how hard it gets. Ya que tratándose de pescado, debemos preferirlos por su contenido de ácidos grasos omega 3💜. ✳️Estos ayudan a disminuir el colesterol malo y evitan la formación de coágulos en las arterias. También son importantes para el correcto funcionamiento del cerebro y el sistema nervioso en general.🧠 . 📣Otras fuentes de estos ácidos grasos son los aceites de canola, soja y las nueces.
