The sky took its cue, every color and hue on display
Till thick veils of indigo signaled the end of the day
But each landscape that lies in the mirror of your eyes turns to grey
On the edge of a knife, it's like you're living your life on the stage
You're talking through glass, we're just square photographs on a page
Oh, we're never alone but we're each in our own little cage
You're here but it's clear you're just salt and shadow
Here, but half a world away
You're here, but you're merely a hologram
Here, still so far away
Guys Acadia is magical. Cue the obligatory park sign photo! This was our second national park as a family! How the heck did we get everyone to look at the camera?!
Ps: I don’t have a selfie stick, you have a selfie stick! (Did I make it look like I don’t have a selfie stick?!)
Moving is hard, it consumes you and brings stress. We’re moving this week, just up the street but it feels overwhelming. Moments like this beg you to s.l.o.w..d.o.w.n... and relax. Here - Papa walks with our oldest... ❤️❤️ who knows what they were talking about, or nothing at all but just enjoying their time together...
I realized I forgot to share my latest big project. It took 4.5 days before an annual camping trip that I decided it must be road worthy for. It isn't done yet, but it's enough to have already camped in twice and I already love it!
Sometimes you just need some good ol' southern lovin Kim Diggsy in your life. So blessed for the months I was able to spend with this dear surfer babe in Ventura. We did counter top "screen printing" on tank tops, ran around the Patagonia headquarters & ate burritos like the world was ending.
Love you forever Diggs. @kimdiggs
