Here's one for your @tropicalnorthqueensland bucket list 👉say hello to Dunk Island. Covered mostly by lush national park, this tropical island is a nature lover’s playground, complete with spectacular walking trails and palm-fringed beaches. If the crystal clear water is calling your name, (it will be 😉) follow the track down to the Muggy Muggy Beach turn-off for a dip and a snorkel. Even though the resort is closed, there’s still so much to love about Dunk, which remains open for day trips and camping adventures. #thisisqueensland by @phlipvids#exploretnq
When you forget the beach umbrella but the local palm trees have you covered 😏 Constantly amazed at how diverse the Australian landscape is - I’m posting this on the other side of the country, surrounded by harsh desert thinking back to these tropical QLD vibes 🏝//@tropicalnorthqueensland#lovethereef#dunkisland#missionbeach

Coonanglebah - Dunk Island has a rich and colourful history. It was visited extensively by Aboriginals who called it Coonanglebah- The Island of Peace and Plenty. Today, painting in rock shelters- images of turtles, birds, echidnas and fish- and shell middens provide tangible evidence of the Aboriginal peoples' long association with the island. A strong connection to the island and its management continue today.

We visited Dunk Island today 🌴 did a 7km round trip up Mount Kootallo which is 271m high - it was tough in the heat but this view from the top was totally worth it!

🔸The ABC of SALVATION🔸
🔻To know God and be ready for heaven,
follow these steps:🔻
A – Admit you’re a sinner in need of the Saviour – [Romans 3:10 / 3:23 / 6:23]
('for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,' - Romans 3:23)
B – Believe in your heart Jesus[Yeshua] is Lord – Jesus Christ was crucified, buried and rose again in paying in full our death penalty for our sin. [Romans 10:9-10]
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. - John 14:6
C – Call upon the name of the Lord – Confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe, and are justified and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. [Romans 10:9-10 / 10:13]
📜Romans 10:13📜(Acts 4:12)
for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
🔸[ Father in heaven = Yahuah ]
🔸[ Jesus Christ = Yeshua ]
'For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,' - 1 Timothy 2:5
Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire. - Revelation 20:15
22 But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, 23 to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, 24 to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.

Did you know #dunkisland has many little secluded coves for you to stop & relax, some accessed by boat and others off the jetty 🌴🌴🌴
@coconutjenn has found your "hump day" spot for tomorrow!
Because it’s an 11:11 portal today I am thinking back on the experiences I want to recreate in the last year. .
This is definitely one of them. A glassed out day where 60 plus people joined in the Special Cay Boogie. .
We jump out of planes and into various beautiful locations. No need for drone footage... this is footage from flying around with the parachute open. .
The Birdseye view skydivers have always seen and experienced. It’s one of my most favourite aspects of the sport and one of the things I never get sick off. .
Looking at the beauty of the earth from the sky.... that’s a big yes from me.
So 11:11.... I’d like some more perfect conditions like this and a group of amazing individuals to share it with. .
Dunk Island has new owners, so let’s watch this space and see what can be created ❤️ #1111 #skydive#dunkisland#sky#skydiving#australianparachutefederation#nqpc#apf#wind#water#events#farnorthqueensland#farnorthfreefall#air#freedom#adventure#fly#skyview#whoneedsadrone
