Very exciting day yesterday at @sbikesbikeshop in Geraardsbergen with the @brothersonbikes.cc gang ☺️ I didn’t have my first thorough bike fitting, but I had some measurements taken to ensure that I will be riding on the right size bike frame next year. Once I get the bike, I will go in to Sven at S-Bikes, and have it adjusted to fit me properly. I also took some readings to find the right saddle for me! It was interesting to see that I’ve been riding on the wrong size frame this year, which I think is more than likely the reason I get pain in my shoulders - I’ve been a bit overstretched to say the least! I’m looking forward to sharing more about this journey with you all but for now, my lips are sealed ☺️

Sissy Squats is the only way you can work on the quadriceps in absence of the glutes and the hamstring. They also incorporate core as a stabilizing and balancing component of the exercise. .
If used properly & regularly they can help build up the power and definition of the quads. Fix quad/ hamstring imbalances and protect your knees. Leg extensions can be very hard on your legs so if you are looking for alternate exercise and your gym has a sissy squat machine spend more time executing this exercise than extensions. .
