This week is just hella bananas and I’m just doing the best I can. I’m super busy today so I snuck in #b4liift4#chestandback. Now, I know it’s only two sets shy of the full routine but I had to get in and out. I’m sure I’ll still feel it tomorrow and I’m still on track in week 7. I used to workout at least 5 times a week. With each pregnancy I worked out till l felt uncomfortable, or when I needed to relax since I would start contracting.
After having the little guy, heading out to go to my workouts at my favorite barre classes, proved to be a little difficult. I have to stop being so hard on myself, and realize I’m getting workouts in when I don’t realize it!
For example, today, the little man wanted his mama, so I strapped him on and did what I had to do! I cleaned the house, vacuumed, and did the laundry! Man, the vacuuming and the laundry were quite a challenge!! I worked out my arms vacuuming and was basically doing squats while I was doing the laundry, all while the little man fell asleep. I also realized I had a 16 1/2 pounds I was carrying!
I’m trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy body, so any workout I can get, I’ll take 😉
