Taking the boys for a walk🐕 & playing some Pokémon go 🤓
It’s amazing to think that some parts of the world don’t get to experience 4 seasons. The fall colours are breathtaking. There’s so much of this world to explore, but don’t take for granted the beauty your home soil has to offer! 🇨🇦

Hip internal rotation - a missing link in many movement patterns ✔️
➡️ Everyone's hips are built different in terms of anatomy. Either way, hip rotation ROM is a key component in being able to move well. Internal rotation is usually in need of improvement when it comes to the hips
➡️ Internal rotation is critical for pivoting movements/sports. Golfers are often forced to compensate through other regions like the low back or knees if the hips are lacking internal rotation.
✅ The tactical frog is a great option for working on active IR mobility. It also works on hip abduction at the same time, mobilizing the groin tissues in the process (especially at the bottom of the position)
↪️ Gradually push your knees further apart every few reps. As you come out of the bottom, rotate your ankle/leg upwards as seen in the video. Go as far as you can actively, and you will likely feel a muscle burn in the hip at your limits of Internal rotation. Repeat for sets, going for quality and controlled movement
