• Helpful thorns for blessed life It might seem that all is over and that life's full of thorns. Remember we all come out of mother's womb through deadly pain to mother and struggle to come outside into this world. It seems that we enter painfully because the world is not full of pleasures but full of sin and so we come through pain and we die through pain. Yes some of these pains are helpful. A mother's pain and labour is essential for the baby to be born. Likewise hardwork, some punishments at school, punishment from parents are blessings for us to get into the right direction. Likewise God allows pain for reasons of our sin to correct our character. It is possible with God alone for any kind of depressed, drunkard abused, sick, retarded, angry, tomented person to become normal. God is more concerned about our eternity with Him so he heals our hearts and shapes our character before he grants our wishes Parents and teachers are helpful about the things of this world to put us into discipline but they can't control us . Even we are sometimes in a state that our hearts won't listen to us. Our conscience gets clear if it listens to God's Word and only then we leave behind the habits and lifestyle that try to spoil our character. So don't say I hate pain, instead go to God, introspect yourself if there's anything wrong in your heart that lead you to the pain you are going through. This is how I'm healed many times . As sin enters, pain enters. The same pain God can use to shape us into His Holy children if we obey Him. We get healed deep inside and impact our total being, our family and therefore our society.

  • #Repost @physioosteogram with @get_repost ・・・ #Repost @optimize.physiotherapy ・・・ What makes up your sense of balance ❓ ↘️ Balance is complex. The fact that you can stand, walk, and move fluidly on two small bases of support (feet 👣) is incredible. Staying balanced involves a number of systems working together at all times. These systems provide information so that fine adjustments can be made neuromuscularly to stay balanced: 1️⃣ 👀 ▪️Visual system (your eyes): Your vision plays a huge role in maintaining balance. Just try balancing on one foot and closing your eyes - it’s instantly a very difficult task. ➡️ Your visual system picks up information from the environment and sends it to the brain. This helps orient yourself in space and feeds into your ability to balance. 2️⃣ 👂 ▪️Inner ear (vestibular system): Your inner ear houses canals that play a huge role in your ability to balance. ➡️ Movement of fluid within the canals disrupts microscopic hair cells which send information on the orientation of your body in space. 3️⃣ 💪 ▪️Proprioception: This is your body’s sense of where it’s parts are in space. ➡️ Proprioception sense comes from information that the body gets from receptors in muscles, tendons, ligaments, joint capsules, skin etc. It uses this information to detect where it’s body parts are, and this is important information when it comes to staying balanced. 🔑 Balance is something we often take for granted. It is a complex phenomenon that is multidimensional. Balance training is a great way to tune this system over time, as it generally deteriorates with age if it isn’t practiced and honed. ————————————————- #balance #yoga #barefoot #feet #pilates #running #walking #science #anatomy #brain #movement #mobility #rehab #training #exercise #education #trainer #physicaltherapy #medicine #fitness #ottawa #health #healthy #healthylifestyle #healthcare #strength #human #brain #eyes #vision

If you want me to remove your photo or video, DM me. Left for #achraycampground at #algonquinpark on Wednesday. Came back today to this. (Photo by @raincoaster.) . That's part of my parents' neighbourhood in the aftermath of one of two tornadoes that hit the city on Friday afternoon. Their place is miraculously fine -- only one tree came down in the backyard, and it missed the house by a few feet -- but up the street, where this was taken, is still impassable. Power is still out all over, including over at my apartment, where even cell service remains sporadic. . Ironically, we're still camping in the family trailer, just in my parents' driveway now. This gives us batteries/solar and propane, so we have lights, heat, stove, and working fridge, which puts us in much better shape than most in this area. HydroOttawa crews are working around the clock to jury-rig bypasses and get power back up despite that one of our main power stations for the city is inoperative, so hopefully we'll have power back soon. . #ottawa #tornado #ottawatornado #ottawatornado2018
