This Friday we will be running a throwdown for our members only.
M/M, F/F and M/F pair allowed.
You will be put thru 3 true CrossFit workouts, no we won’t tell you which one before Friday, and we expect you to have lots and lots of fun doing it(and shouting at your partner to go).
WODs will be accommodated for all fitness levels. Welcome to CrossFit!
Event starts at 8am and will take no longer than 2-3h.

Coffee is a natural stimulant, which has numerous positive effects on exercise performance.
Once caffeine enters our bloodstream, several responses begin to occur in our body. Blood pressure and heart rate increase, fat stores are broken down, and fatty acids are released into the bloodstream. We typically feel energetic and ready for a great workout.
Studies on the rate of perceived exertion (RPE) and athletes consuming coffee indicated a more positive exercise experience. RPE is a scale rating how hard exercise feels to a participant while being physically active. RPE study results indicate athletes consuming coffee before exercise felt less fatigue and easier effort during the workout session.
