Living life on the edge. Literally. Next month I’m going to be abseiling off a 33-storey building in Sydney’s CBD to support @sirdavidmartinfoundation 👌🏼 We’re going to be raising money for Triple Care Farm which is a 12 week rehabilitation program for Australian youths. Youths struggling from substance abuse, homelessness and mental illness can receive assistance from these guys. .
So if you’re keen and available on October 18th/19th the registration is $200 and you can do this at AbseilForYouth.com. See you there! 👊🏼 .
The path of inner peace begins with four words. Not my fn problem 😁

WANNA LOSE FAT?
You don't have to eat less in terms of overall food volume!
You need to change up your meal quality!
Take for example this simple but tasty stir fry...
> Choose a lean cut of meat;
> Pile in a shload of veggies;
> Don't add a bunch of oil to the mix;
> Flavour with fresh garlic and soy sauce rather than a sticky sauce.
> Serve with a modest amount of black rice instead of a brick of white rice.
Perfectly satiated without smacking your belly!

Life gives us lessons all the time.
Just what you can learn and feel will give you security.
Learning about your pain will reduce the threat sensation and your needs of protection.
I’m with my clients in an ongoing education to aim towards a sense of safety.
Learn to feel and take off all the resistances.
Don’t fear the pain, use it.

My beautiful client Sally had struggled with her weight for several years. She was looking for a way to loose the unwanted weight, to feel comfortable in her own skin, regain her energy and feel happy 😃 and confident...When I met Sally she was 96kg (left pic.). Sally committed to my program a year ago, opted to change her lifestyle for a healthy and balance life. Providing her with the tools she needed to stay motivated and on track. As well as coaching and mentoring her with personal follow ups... Sally’s success in following my plan has had amazing 😉 results. She is down to 80.4kg (mid & right pic.) today.Sally adopted the customised eating plan to her life combined with healthy changes to further her desired weight goals. Today Sally is simply living life to the fullest and working on weight goals with my guidance and coaching.. The secret to achieving is: persistence, faith, and focus.. #healthylifestyle#transformation#weightloss#mumweightloss#lovewhoyouare#healthyfood#fitnessmotivation
